On December 6, 1999, the Lord caused the vision and birth of The Field of God Outreach Ministries Inc. at the kitchen table of Bishop Donald & Lady Vickie Keaton. As Bishop and Lady Keaton began the ministry that morning, the first ministry member knocked at their door. 

Over the course of their 26 years of ministry, our leaders have remained faithful and dedicated to God's call to make disciples. From their first edifice on 26th Street, the ministry's birthing process has overcome many challenges and difficulties. 

They are the parents of one daughter and son-in-law and have two grandchildren. They have been married for nearly 30 years and have trained many leaders to fulfill God's mandate over their lives. 

Their scripture of inspiration is Psalm 91.
